1. How do I pay?
Easy. You can pay on site by clicking the "buy button" next to the item you like. This will take you to a secure payment site - Paypal. Here you can use all major cards, and the whole process is quick and safe. If you have a Paypal account, your Prezo transaction will take 10-15 seconds, and you won't need your card to hand.
2. What if I don't have a Paypal account?
Simply register on the payment page. You can enter your card details and pay in the usual way. Paypal accounts are very useful for buying online, and are the main way of shopping on the big auction sites.
3. Is it secure?
Yes. Paypal offers great buyer protection. If a good does not show up, let them know and they will get your money back. You won't have that problem here though!
4. What if I don't have a card/bank account?
That's fine. Simply e-mail us at info@prezo.co.uk stating what you require. We will provide you with an invoice and postal details. Postal orders are available at all post offices and are a safe way to send money. We will also take cheque/bank transfer, but please e-mail first for details. Don't forget to add postage to your order, you can find this by clicking on the "buy" botton.
5. What is Prezo's returns policy?If your goods are damaged in any way, please e-mail us straight way. We will then arrange for the return of the goods and a full refund. Damaged goods must be reported to us within one week.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason we will issue a refund minus a postage and administration charge. This charge is necessary to cover the time spent processing orders and the cost of posting items. Again, e-mail info@prezo.co.uk and we will arrange the refund.
