1. The Returns Policy.

This condition only relates to goods that are delivered in good time, in good condition and as advertised. All damaged good will be refunded in full, including postage costs, upon the return of the item.

If an item is purchased and a return is made without any damage to the product, a postage and administration charge is made. Returning an item because it is not wanted is extremely costly. This charge will eliminate part of the loss made by Prezo UK. Please consider this charge when purchasing an item that you are not convinced you will keep.

2. The Refund.

A refund will be made to your Paypal account, usually within 2 days of the return being made.

3. The Postage and Administration charge.

This charge relates to undamaged returns as stipulated in: 1. The Returns Policy. The postage fee originally paid is non refundable in all cases. The percentage matrix below does not include postage costs.
